JOB DESCRPTION – Technical Sales Representative
- Identify target clients & key verticals through extensive research & data analysis
- Complete thorough market analysis of competitor services to identify industry and talent trends
- Develop and nurture existing client relationships and identify prospective opportunities
- Explain and educate services offerings to both new and existing clients and provide tailored solutions
- Monitor and report on trends and sales activity within industry related verticals and report findings to senior management
- Making outbound telephone calls to prospective and existing clients to sell product offerings
- Quoting and negotiating fee structures, services and product offerings in addition to associated terms of business
- Arranging and undertaking post sales follow up and successful delivery of outlined product and services offerings
- Reporting and recording sales activities and sales results in addition to advising market response to services offered
- Achievement of KPIs as outlined in accordance with the role
- Follow up with existing clients to escalate or resolve any issues arising from goods or services provided. Undertake post-sales satisfaction surveys.
- Undertake effective sales reporting and associated administration and expenses records.
- Outlining advantages of ADVIZA’s product and service offerings compared to market competitors
- Visiting clients onsite and, on occasion, presenting to clients to educate them as to the services and products offered by ADVIZA
- Creating bespoke proposals to tender for new business and outline services to be provided
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years’ technical sales, account management and advisory experience
- Phone based experience selling company services to clients (both existing and new)
- Confident communication skills
- A proven track record of reaching and exceeding key performance indicators
- A business related Bachelor’s degree
SALARY
$65K-$75K base + Super + uncapped comms
