Due to the continued growth of the business they are currently looking for a sales focused account manager to join their team.
Reporting to the team leader and forming part of the sales team your main areas of responsibility will be:
  • Sell to target accounts to achieve assigned revenues
  • Provide, relationship selling, partnering, and managing of accounts
  • Utilize professional selling skills including use of an effective call pattern, setting call objectives, probing and account profiling, features and benefits selling, and effective persuasion techniques
  • Develop and maintain account history files
  • Achieve required phone performance as defined in KPI's
  • Assist in the development of positioning strategies
  • Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
  • Additional duties as requested or required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience business-to-business sales
  • Proven track record for achievement of goals
  • Basic computer skills (MS Windows/ MS Office environment)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritise and work multiple activities simultaneously and make self-directed decisions
  • Demonstrated initiative (self-starter)
  • Flexible style ("do whatever it takes" approach)
