Excel Recruitment are recruiting for a high-calibre Business Development Manager with a Family owned Australian company in which specialises in print management and strategic procurement.

About you

• Previous sales and relationship management experience
• An understanding of, and passion for the printing industry
• The ability to multitask
• A strong appetite for networking and relationship management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written communication skills

Tasks and responsibilities

• Undertake business development in order to win new customers that are profitable
• Perform business development planning to create a qualified new business pipeline
• Maintenance and update of accurate prospect and customer information
• Develop a professional relationship with all internal clients in order to maintain ongoing and effective working relationships.
• Follow the documented processes as per the department’s - and the company’s - policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate the highest possible standards of professional and personal conduct both as an individual and also as part of the team.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
