Award winning QLD Project Home Builder requires an energetic and driven New Home Sales Consultant for Display Homes in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane

Leading and Award Winning Project Home builder currently has a unique position available for a New Home Sales Consultant to join their close-knit sales team. My client is experiencing a time of growth in the industry and already has several display homes in North Brisbane and requires an extra Sales Consultant to work out of one of their newest display homes.
  
The Role: 
  
My client is looking for a top performing and high achieving New Home Sales Consultant to join their team in a display home environment. You will be reporting to the Sales and Operations Manager, and be expected to build your own reputable brand, whilst having the ability to meet KPI’s and go beyond your potential!
  
You:
  
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Track history of top sales performance
• New Home sales experience in SEQ for a reputable builder
• Excellent communication, attitude, and presentation
• Confident, exciting, and charismatic nature
• Motivation and drive to succeed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexible with hours, location, and days of work

This client is VERY focused on staff training and hands on support. Visits to each consultant at least once a month, with on going & consistent communication with the Sales & Operation Manager.
