Currently we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader in Enterprise Sales, who is interested in developing new business opportunities and building a strong Enterprise sales pipeline in the ANZ region.

As the Head of Enterprise Sales, in conjunction with the COO, you will develop our Enterprise sales strategy and processes. You will focus on the acquisition of customers whose international payment / foreign exchange requirements exceed A$100M per annum and be involved in every aspect of the Enterprise sales process - from sourcing and developing leads, to driving customers to close and managing ongoing relationships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop winning strategies, utilising strong value based selling principles
  • Actively pursue and target new revenue channels and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the Enterprise product roadmap by feeding back the customer voice
  • Lead the entire Enterprise sales process: prospecting > closure > pilot deployment > managing customer relationships long-term
  • Develop a collaborative working relationship with key internal departments such as Product, Marketing and Operations
  • Consultative sales and complex contract negotiations; experience building and leading enterprise sales teams
  • Build and motivate an Enterprise Sales team in support of the strategic plan. Assist and coach team members in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon targets and performance metrics.
  • Serve as leadership sponsor to large Enterprise accounts and help drive key executive relationships

What you’ll bring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications

Knowledge, skills, experience

  • 10+ years’ experience within a sales environment
  • Experience in winning and managing large key customer accounts
  • A quantifiable history of hitting sales targets
  • Proven sales skills including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills
  • An ability to motivate and manage direct and indirect teams of employees across multiple functions
  • Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with customers at all levels and translate customer needs into a complete solution
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a sound ability to present clearly to key decision makers.
  • Proven success scaling out an Enterprise Sales team and consultative sales success in establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers
