The role
- Travel a designated territory, managing assigned customer accounts and representing the company to potential customers.
- Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of Michelin products and programs, providing solutions to customers.
- Practice an established call process, completing all reports using company sales tools.
- Prepare monthly action plans that support the territory, assessing progress against the plan and adjust as required.
- Work to improve sales skills & more by attending an introductory eight week training course.
- Approx 7 - 10 nights away from home per month.
