About the role

The NSW Business Manager will report directly into the CEO whilst being supported by a broader account management team. Duties include but are not limited to;

• Directing and managing sales
• Manage and growth of the 20 Key Accounts for the NSW branch
• Actively sourcing new business
• Database management
• Leading, coaching and training all sales employees to meet KPI’s 
• Monthly forecasting with all brands and categories

What you will need to be successful?

• Previous sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Experience in a similar role with evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Impeccable time management and organisational skills
• Results driven and customer focused
• Strong leader
