The Role

Reporting to the Retail Director – Australia Post and directed by the National Sales Coordinator ( NSC ), this role will be accountable for the retail execution and sales performance as set by the NSC and RD. Implementation of the accounts specific business plan whilst complying with the account contractual obligations and achieving Australia Post revenue and margin targets are essential. 

Intra-state travel is a requirement of the role for face to face visitation to outlets within the designated territory. Visitations will require the use of your own vehicle.

Attendance is required at metropolitan and regional LEEPs, capital city Expos and National Workshops and other meetings and events as directed by Australia Post and Brightstar.

Does this sound like you?

• FMCG, Mobile, Consumer Electronics background selling into retail environments 
• Experience of dealing with analytical data and manipulating to establish findings
• Strong communication and negotiation/influencing skills
• Successful sales track record in contributing to revenue and margin growth.
• Knowledge in developing and a demonstrated ability to implement sales territory plans
• Able to conduct independent thinking and take ownership of tasks from concept to completion
