Therefore we have 2 positions currently available, 1x Full Time and 1x Part Time (20hrs per week).
Fitness Local has 7 clubs across Sydney and growing, along with our Fitness Local sites we also have a number of other great brands within our group, some of which include F.I.T, Wellness Local and Physio Local, which gives us the ability to offer a wide range of support & tailor our services to meet the needs of the people within our community.
About The Role:
- Reporting directly to Group Manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Ongoing Lead generation and brand promotion.
- Member growth through sales & referrals.
- Upkeep of all administration, daily phone calls & reception duties.
- Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPI's.
- Daily reporting on business development and member growth.
- Assisting with marketing projects.
- Adhoc duties as required.
- Monday - Saturday Roster.
About You:
- Passion for people.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Proven sales experience working with KPI's.
- Ability to multi task.
- Enjoys working within a team or autonomously .
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Self motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Passion for health and fitness is desirable.
- Holds current drivers licence and owns own vehicle.
