The Opportunity

To join a company that is on the move with a product set that combines multiple technologies to create a unique offering. You will lead a team of BDM’s and AM’s, developing your team and playing a role in closing and managing major accounts in NSW.

The Candidate

You will ideally have Sales Management experience, come from a business development background and be able or confident that you can manage both the activity and the ability of your team. This is not a spreadsheet Sales Manager position running a larger team, this is a front line role working with a smaller team creating opportunity and closing business with an unchallengeable passion for success.

You are a strong communicator as well being able to present at all levels across businesses. In essence we require a sales leader who has a strategic mind along with a tactical focus.

You will join a strong but small National sales leadership group reporting Directly to the General Manager of Sales.

Skills

A back ground in IT or Telephony would be looked upon favourably but the prime skill we seek is leadership, proven capability and willingness to find a way when at times there appears there is none.
