We are a privately owned and managed Australian business specializing in flexible packaging for a number of industries and service groups, due to expansion and greater market opportunities we are looking for an experienced and energetic sales professional to join our dynamic team. You must be a resilient individual with the ability to continually look outside the box, and has a proactive approach to drive sales to the fullest potential. Experience in the flexible packaging industry is desired, and must have exposure to the print industry. Above all, we are seeking an entrepreneurial character that enjoys a new challenge and can strategically open new accounts, while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

This position primary focus would be:

. To source and generate new business

. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

. Developing new sales strategies to drive the business forward

. To enhance the profits of the organization

. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

. To recognize organic growth opportunities from existing customers

• Your major focus would be to concentrate on the, E-Commerce, Security, and Courier satchel markets, dealing with Courier Satchels/Mailers/Logistic Companies/Cottage Industries relying on deliveries via courier/Star-track etc. Security – State and Federal Police, Prison Authorities, Forensic Science Departments. Airlines – Security Products, Large Baggage bags, Duty Free bags, Upmarket retail carry bags, just to mention a few. You will focus mainly on the Melbourne and Sydney markets.

 To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

. Proven track record of success in sales where you consistently exceed targets

. Exceptional communication and written skills

. A hunter approach to new business development whilst being able to work autonomously to deliver results

. Experience with computers and applications software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM

. Tenacious and resilient approach to work

. Ability to work within a team

. Experience in the flexible packaging industry desired
