To be considered for Sales Consultant:
We are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic people to join our growing company. You must be energetic and willing to work hard to see results and have a proven ability to manage relationships through different clients. Also you need to be positive, tenacious and own a 'can-do' attitude. Have current driver's license & a reliable vehicle as well as entitled with Agent’s Representative Certificate.
To be considered for Property Leasing Manager:
The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Property manager or Property manager and should possess a comprehensive understanding of the buzzing Melbourne rental market. You must be able to work autonomously, taking initiative and providing a premium service to all stakeholders. You will have a passion for delivering five-star customer service and a love of working in a fast-paced environment. Written, verbal and organizational competencies should be first-rate and an ability keep calm and carry on under pressure is mandatory.
To be considered for both the role you will require:
- Ability to SPEAK, READ and WRITE in Chinese and English
- Have minimum 1-2 years related working experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Great time management and multi-tasking skills
