As a Telstra Enterprise Partner for over 20 years, our business operations in mobility and IT services are continuously growing. We are looking for an organised and proactive person to join our Enterprise Account Support team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with Account Executives to manage a dedicated customer portfolio of Telstra Enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sales support to a dedicated customer portfolio and Sales Team
- Provision of network and hardware sales end-to-end – this involves utilising Telstra MobileNet Connect and the company POS system
- Problem resolution and escalation via Telstra Help Desk (network issues)
- Problem resolution and escalation via Service Manager (hardware faults)
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Telstra business mobile products is essential
- Knowledge of mobile applications and mobile device management is preferred
- Experience with Telstra systems – MNC, Helpdesk, Siebel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of challenging roles in a very dynamic environment
- Good computer skills, database management and invoicing
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to enable interaction with all areas of Telstra and our clients
