As our Mitsubishi brand continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer driven Sales Consultant to join our sales team based in Parramatta. This sales driven role has the ultimate aim to provide overall solutions to our customers and ensure we are providing the never forgetting experience that Inchcape Group values.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Creating excitement and passion around our products
- Achieve or exceed personal sales volume targets set on a monthly basis
- Uncovering customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
- Providing exceptional product and service knowledge to our customers
- Understanding and performing the other roles within the dealership such as valuating trade ins, introducing customers to our finance, insurance and aftermarket teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brands, products and services and our competitive products.
To be successful, you will need to fulfil the following requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive sales (preferable)
- Ability to meet required targets and have a driven nature.
- Excellent customer service skills in face to face sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- NSW Drivers licence
- Proactive and solution driven.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexible with a 7 day roster.
