We support a wide range of market segments from commercial & residential construction, Infrastructure projects & events with a diverse product range including Toilets, TempFencing, Crowd Control Barriers, Acoustic Curtains amongst others.

Our Agency is currently looking for a Sales/Operations Manager to take over the day to day running of the business and more importantly ensure continual growth by generating new business development within the region. You will be responsible for daily operations, administration and all Sales aspects of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Liaise with clients for suitable installation and pick up times
• Answering and managing incoming calls for hire and sales
• Record and follow up on all outgoing calls
• Accurate completion of quotations
• Engage professionally with all internal and external customers
• Face to Face Sales including cold calling
• Ability to manage a team
• Ability to work effectively without supervision

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

• Sales support, hire or rental experience is preferred
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking nature
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
• Able to interact with all levels of staff and customers
• Be well presented with Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• A pleasant and clear phone manner with a professional demeanour
• Be results driven and customer focused
• Highly organised and be able to work autonomously
