Job tasks and responsibilities
An exciting opportunity exists to join an energetic Sydney Team by joining the leading company in Telecommunications Solutions and Integrated Call Intelligence as a Business Development Manager.
Joining an existing team, you will;
- Drive sales activities and the acquisition of new business by locating, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships with SME's and more ideally, reselling partners.
- An Account Management Team is provided to manage the ongoing client relationship to keep you free to hunt for new business.
To be successful in this role you;
- Must understand marketing drivers for businesses in both the SME space, as well as the professional services agencies that support them.
- Need to be driven to find new clients from both new partner relationships and direct sales and take a consultative approach to designing the right solution for them.
AVANSER brings very cool tech solutions that provide insight into Call Intelligence and Analytics for businesses of all sizes.
Skills and experience
Your duties will include:
- Transforming your Cold Desk to a Hot Pipeline through New Business Prospecting
- Close Inbound Leads provided by us
- Utilise your existing network or create a new one to bring in new Call Intelligence & Tracking Solutions Partners
- Develop and sell call tracking solutions to marketing professionals, SME's and CEO's
- Face to Face presentation of our cloud solution
- Developing multi product solutions to grow revenue from your existing client base as their needs mature
Essential Skills:
- You are a Hunter! You need a passion for sales, and the discipline to drive results
- Activity Orientated. You should know how to do the work that brings in business
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a New Business Sales Role.
- The willingness to learn and implement best practice sales solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills to all levels of management & decision makers
- Telco or Media Agency experience would be an added bonus but is not a requirement.
