Attribute Group have parted up with a leading technology company which specialist in mobile analytics. This SaaS based business is looking for their first Customer Success Manager to open up their Sydney offering to add to the successful Melbourne and San Francisco offices. This position will have a start up feel to it, lots of freedom and the chance to build your own team. 

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the success and growth of our channel partners and strategic accounts, proactively advocating on their behalf to the business teams, ensuring coordination, integration, and an overall consistent and successful experience across partners and clients.


What you'll need:

  • B2B Mid-Market or Enterprise customer success, account management, and/or channel partner management experience within mobile app technology.
  • Experience that includes SDKs or products that power the mobile eco-system.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute customer success plan from integration and deployment to account management for mid-large enterprises and/or channel partners
  • Aptitude for not only selling technical and complex products and services to C-Level, decision maker, and end-user for Mid-Market to Enterprise customers but also training others to do the same through enablement activities

What you'll be doing:


  • Oversee the successful integration, deployment, and onboarding of new clients and channel partners
  • Drive all post-sales activities all the way to account management with a focus on facilitating and leading enablement activities for our channel partners, including access to appropriate sales and technical training, materials, and pre-sale support for partners
  • Provide ongoing support and drive account growth through enablement activities, including sales and technical training, training material, and support
  • Collaborate with other sales teams as appropriate in developing and managing channel partners business plans that address incremental growth potential of business partner revenue, market share and new logo acquisition
