Sales & Customer Service Co-Ordinator
Based at our head office/boutique in Armadale - joining a vibrant, small & dynamic team with the opportunity for scope and development within the industry.
Nicole Fendel is an established jewellery & lifestyle label; importing and exporting product through wholesale, e-commerce and retail channels.
We are looking for a person that is a sales & customer service champion. You would be well organised, enjoy building customer relationships and managing the required administration to ensure great service for our customers. You would embrace working with sales/customer service software and be proficient with Word and Excel. Working in our busy office – the role offers a diverse range of activities and future opportunity for growth for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :
- Wholesale/B2B sales support (to National Sales Manager and sales agents)
- Be the first point of contact for NF stockists
- Maintain and strengthen our customer relationships – through timely communication and administration, ensuring all customer needs are met
- Communicate promotional activity to our customers via phone and email
- Pro-Active business development and actively driving sales with wholesale accounts
- Sales Reporting
- Attend trade events such as industry trade shows (2-3 per year) – some may require interstate travel
- Payment follow ups
- New Stockists Enquiries
- Head Office Sales Showings
- Order Processing & Administration (B2B & B2C)
- General Administration
- Updating Data base
- Dispatch support during peak period
- Working with accounts team daily to monitor payment activity
- Support the boutique sales floor when needed
To see you succeed you must possess the following skills:
- Sales driven
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Organisational skills
- A highly-developed sense of customer service
- Previous customer service/sales experience in retail or wholesale highly regarded
- Ability to learn new software systems
- Experience working as part of a team
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task
