Well established freight forwarder, known for our fantastic customer service is looking for a full-time, motivated sales executive to join our team. 

The candidate could be:

- an individual with a customer service background in freight forwarding looking to make the leap into sales,

OR 

- an individual with proven sales performance in the freight forwarding industry.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Analyse existing/potential customer needs
• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Highly motivated and target driven 
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Proven willingness to learn and improve
• Trustworthy and reliable 
• Cargowise proficient 
• Full drivers license with good driving record
• Freight forwarding experience is essential
