Due to further expansion and growth, we are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Based in Sydney working alongside our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for the following:
Growing the sales funnel
Outbound prospecting
Outbound lead qualification
Communication via Phone/Email/Social Channels
Research and Engaging with ideal prospects
Identifying decision makers/influencers
Meeting weekly/monthly activity and sales targets
Maintaining and updating company CRM and other Sales/marketing databases
You will ideally be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, up for any challenge and have a great sense of urgency. You will bring with you a high level of energy, hustle and determination and in turn - will to succeed. Smashing goals and targets is something you are driven by, along with establishing great credibility with clients and colleagues. Other key characteristics:
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Cold calling/outbound experience (preferably 1-2 years’ experience)
Process Driven - Able to work systematically and develop routines
Relevant business/office experience (software sales is a plus)

Highly assertive and resilient
A team player with a desire to grow and develop
Adaptable and can think on your feet
Competitive and focused
Tertiary qualification preferred
