The Position
This is a unique opportunity to lead the Australian growth of an internationally established business, which has a strong record of innovation.
This is a transformation role, where the business has lacked effective sales & operational leadership over the last 5 years and requires an inspirational and strategic sales leader, to drive the vision and profitability of the business across Australia.
The role will suit an entrepreneurial, business builder who knows how to drive outcomes within large, complex organisations and sell consulting and servives to the enterproise market.
You will have a sales, business operations and service delivery teams of 150 people and access to the marketing reach, resources and innovation of a Global Vendor.
You will be involved in shaping and owning effective market segmentation and building a highly capable and effective sales organisation, building a new pipeline of opportunities and ensuring there is an efficient and effective delivery capability.
The Skills
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced IT Country Directors / General Managers, who have a strong track record of establishing, leading or improving business units, within large ICT businesses. It is likely that you will have had experience leading sales and marketing teams, before moving into general management.
To be successful you are likely to have the following skills and experience:
- Inspiring, coaching and mentoring leadership style
- Passion for being a thought leader across digital - automation & analytics solutions
- Strong track record of developing and executing business strategies that increase revenue and profitability
- Excellent understanding of the Digital & Analytics requirements and challenges of large corporate and government clients
- Proven ability to select, establish and leverage ICT partnerships to develop leading edge solutions focused on consulting and services
- At least 10 years’ experience in executive level leadership of an IT Services / Consulting business.
- Established sales track record selling IT Services & Consulting solutions into mid to large organisations
