Work for this established global manufacturer and supplier of conveyor belting, equipment and services, as one of their office based Internal Account Managers located conveniently in Somerton. You won’t be selling in this role, rather, you will be providing first class account management & technical support to their tier 1 customers across Australia & NZ. The company invests heavily in its account management & technical support department - every new staff member is sent to the USA for a fully-paid 4-week training & induction program, which I am sure you agree is very impressive. What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will join a team of professionals and be responsible for managing and handling telephone & email enquiries from customers located across Australia & NZ. You will assist customers with industry-specific product information and provide recommendations and technical assistance for conveyor and belting solutions. The enquiries will be a mix of general and technical, so the successful candidate will be a critical thinker and have proven success working in a fast-paced, time sensitive work environment. Candidates who have historically excelled in this role possess problem-solving skills, a technical aptitude and a natural ability to develop strong customer relationships over time.

  • Currently work in the same role in the same or similar industry
  • Previous experience using Oracle CRM
