No two days are the same in this sales role! You will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for inbound sales calls and emails which require an articulate and personal response each and every time.

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join our friendly and dynamic team.  Over the last 30 years, our Drinking Water Filtration company has earned an outstanding reputation in excellent customer service and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual possessing a strong commitment to customer service and sales to continue our tradition.

This position will suit a professional, well-presented and enthusiastic individual possessing a strong commitment to customer service and sales.  Sales experience is essential in this role with a demonstrated history of working to KPI's in a fast paced and varied environment. 

 

As the successful applicant you will possess:

  • A strong sales and/or customer service background
  • A track record of winning new clients
  • Be able to meet customer's requests and enquiries using the provided quoting tools and knowledge base
  • Able to create and followup on quotes, upsell and attend trade shows
  • Able to communicate with a broad demographic of customers
  • Commitment and desire to achieve high levels of service quality
  • Able to work independently and quickly find solutions to any problems that arise
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst working to strict deadlines
  • Organization and time management skills are paramount to this role
  • Professional telephone manner with excellent communication
  • Reliability
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Experience working in a busy team environment
  • Professional, positive & flexible approach
  • Current drivers license as you will occasionally be visiting our commercial customers
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite
