What you’ll be doing
As Senior Account Manager- you will sit within our media team, who work together to secure advertising revenue through media buying agencies and clients direct.

Day to day, your role is responsible for:

  • Delivering continual year on year growth in revenue and client base within your specified agency and client portfolio
  • Being a brand evangelist for REA Media in the market to ensure client service levels remain high and client relationships are prioritised
  • Creating new revenue streams through existing clients while also growing your current client portfolio by selling REA Media solutions to agency and direct advertiser markets
  • Build strong relationships at all levels within your customer base, with a specific focus on media agency planners and buyers and programmatic traders.
  • Work with the Media Product team to provide input into new product development
  • Work collaboratively with the Programmatic Solutions and Trading team to ensure revenue opportunities are maximized


We’re looking for someone…

  • With minimum 6 years digital media sales experience ideally working with advertising agencies and programmatic trading desks
  • Who has a solid track record exceeding sales targets in a high performing team that builds relationships quickly while ensuring strong foundations of trust and care
  • Who is results focused, has solid business acumen and is well networked in the media landscape
  • With a bachelor degree in business or marketing
  • With strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • With high emotional intelligence and the ability to prioritise and work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment- #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one!)
