Tendering & Bid Specialist - Sydney - $80k to $120k + neg

The company

Working as part of the business development team out of my clients Sydney office, you will assist in the production and submission of tender responses, quotations and business proposals throughout the full life-cycle, from pre-qualification stage to post submission activities and administration, including:

• Assisting in the preparation of high quality tenders, proposals, expressions of interest, pro forma documentation and submissions
• Supporting the general operation of the business development departments
• Visiting new business sites to gain understanding before developing proposals
• Client interaction with relevant bid proposals and tenders

Desired experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree desired but not essential
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and work independently
• Proactive and deadline driven
• Highly polished interpersonal communication
• Highly developed written communication skills
• Ability to analyse and review contracts
• Highly organised
• Prioritise demands, work under pressure and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Excellent work ethic

• Very strong numeracy skills

• Salary - $80K to $120k + negotiable commensurate on experience (industry leading packages on offer)
