About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible to drive sales, revenue and account growth for our Victorian and Tasmanian region.  You will have complete autonomy to work remotely from your home office, and be supported by internal sales and operations staff in our Sydney based head office.  We seek experience and a proven track record to deliver on the following key deliverables:

  • Manage relationships and improve sales performance with existing accounts, delivering to key measures on KPIs, retention and revenue growth
  • Communicate and implement promotional campaigns, new products and training initiatives to clients
  • Partner with clients to identify ways to promote products and develop their business
  • Identify new account opportunities and monitor performance against sales and profitability KPI’s
  • Execute sales activity programs and analyse sales performance against key activities
  • Coach new clients on product range and support execution of training initiatives
  • Travel will be mostly within Victoria, and more broadly to other states from time to time.
