We look forward to welcoming a driven Key Account Manager with strong sales experience to join our sales team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, whilst driving sales of assets in the market, using a combination of business development in the end-user and dealer/supplier networks. You will promote, develop, execute and deliver sales budgets for the region by creating, developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key dealer networks. This role is on road based.

 

Contributions

 

  1. Drives Business Development through identifying new partnerships, managing new partner relationships, presenting training programs and managing accreditations.

  2.  Manage key partner accounts through delivering programs, implementing sales, marketing strategies and incentives and engaging key external relationships

  3. Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders by providing high level support and engagement and maintaining consistent strong operational relationships.

  4. Achieving allocated sales budgets monthly. Analyses and reports on data monthly to ensure identified strategies are being executed and meets expected results

  5. Develops, reviews and reports on the businesses development strategy ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed. Identifies opportunities and utilises strong negotiation skills to benefit all key stakeholders

Key Qualities

 

  • Current Drivers License

  • 3+ years proven sales and business development experience

  • Demonstrated account management experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of financial, commercial self employment or equipment fundingadvantageous

  • Demonstrated presentation skills/experience

  • Self motivated and able to work autonomously

  • Solid interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Good time management capabilities

  • Sound computer literacy

  • Team player with energy, flexibility and integrity
