Central Innovation is a leading provider of solutions to the Architecture, Engineering & Construction sector based around 3D software, hardware, systems and people. We have a track record built over 25 years serving a wide range of clients across numerous verticals.
Our growing team needs a new business sales professional who can work with key influencers and decision makers at all levels within the Architecture and Construction Market. The successful candidate will join our Victorian team and be based in our Clayton office. We offer comprehensive induction, training and professional development, and industry leading marketing.
We sell software solutions. In addition, our unique hardware, training, specialised recruitment and customised design solutions enable us to offer our clients an industry-leading and comprehensive offering.
Required knowledge and experience:
- 3 yrs + demonstrated track record in business/B2B solutions sales.
- Ability to generate leads using networking, rapport-building and prospecting skills.
- A successful new-business prospecting track record.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of the business needs and workflows of customers in the Architecture, Construction or CAD industries is desirable but not essential
- Tertiary qualification in design, architecture, engineering or a related field is advantageous.
The remuneration for this role has a generous commission + base + car allowance. If you are a true "hunter" and focused on customer needs then your earning potential is significant as commissions are uncapped!
