About the Role

We are seeking applications for a experienced internal sales coordinator to join our highly motivated and successful team of sales professionals. The chosen candidate will be required to:

 

  • Generate quotes, facilitate and process orders
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails maintaining a high standard of client correspondence
  • Liase with decision makers to build and maintain strategic relationships with client base.
  • Advise clients of stock shortages and ETA's as required
  • Maintain CRM database records.
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of our installation team
  • Assist with stock preparation for outgoing orders
  • Communicate care and passion for the Company and its Brands.  
  • Support all of the team that you are working with to ensure the achievement of goals. 
  • Assist with stock control and reporting any discrepancies
  • When practical, work on projects outside your normal scope to assist the sales team and widen your contribution to the overall success of the company 
  • Adhere to all company policies (SOP)

 

Skills and Experience

 

  • Outstanding communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Work effectively and indivdually without direct supervision 
  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Results driven and self motivated
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proven track record in trade sales environment advantageous
  • Punctual and reliable attendance
  • Understanding of WHS practices  
  • Understanding of Microsoft office programs, Excel, Word and Outlook 
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role
  • Current manual driver licence is essential 

 

The position is available full-time for an immediate start. Our head office is located at 1717 Ipswich Road Rocklea where this position is based. Normal working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm.
