The Role:

This is a newly created position inspired by the ongoing success and growth of our corporate service division. We are looking to recruit a seasoned Sales professional with experience in selling corporate clothing to the Hospitality industry. You will be representing the Lowes brand, and responsible for the growth of the Lowes corporate accounts by creating value for our government and corporate customers.

This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, and will require interstate travel. We are looking for a highly enthusiastic person with a proven background in achieving sales, and an unparalleled drive to increase the organisation’s market share. Your objective will be to manage, control and grow sales and gross profit in your portfolio, whilst ensuring best practice customer service, realising all opportunities for new business, and contribute to the overall divisional sales results.

You will also be accountable for developing and implementing strategic short and long-term customer plans, as well as working with our customers as collaborative partners, building strong rapport, and successful relationships. 

This is highly a self-directed role, and to be successful you must have:

  • Experience in a solutions sales environment, with excellent communication and problem solving skills; with the understanding of business pressure points and positioning services to improve outcomes for customers
  • The ability to identify new business development opportunities to ensure KPI's are met
  • Establish and maintain business relationships to maximise the potential of each account
  • Proactive in monitoring, analysing and assessing the return potential of each customer per branch per region.
