As an Account Manager for our client you will be responsible for managing existing accounts within the mining sector in the Western Australian market as well as expanding on their customer base through your own network.

Description

The key responsibilities of this role include however are not limited to:

  • Forming relationships with Tier One clients within the mining sector
  • Providing a technical understanding of our clients products and the value they add
  • Time spent on the road servicing metro and regional clients by understanding their requirements and providing technical solutions to them
  • Driving growth within your territory through both existing and new clients
  • Providing a key point of contact with a range of clients

Profile

A successful candidate will have:

  • A background dealing with Tires or similar technical products
  • A proven track record in retaining and building upon existing client relationships
  • A background operating in the mining sector and selling to tier one clients within the WA market
  • The ability to engage and form relationships with both blue and white collar client base
  • History in working to sales budgets and successfully working within a KPI driven environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to grow a client base through business development
