My client is a well-established GLOBAL business and one of Australia’s great digital innovators! With solid year on year growth, they are now seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join their team and be involved with generating New Business (BDM) and to help them continue to grow and manage their customer base.
We are searching for candidates that are highly driven and want to succeed financially in life! A person that has some experience working in a sales environment selling products (IT or NON-IT), or even door to door knocking!

The role will require you to continuously achieve sales targets through lead generation and warm/cold calling activities – guided by your manager.
For this role you will need to be a dynamic, self-motivated individual that can work autonomously and within a team environment. You need to have a passion for IT (Information Technology) and Sales…and we can train you with the rest!
The successful candidate will need:
- +1 years’ experience in a SALES environment selling! This can be either IT or Non-IT environment.
- Understanding and demonstrated experience of reaching targets and KPIs.
- Highly driven and want to succeed financially in life!
- Drive, passion and the enjoyment of teamwork
- Excellent computer literacy, primarily around the Microsoft Office package (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point);
- Have the right personality and therefore the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients;
- Positive attitude – and therefore the ability to meet and exceed KPIs;
- Outstanding organisational and administrative skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of CRM packages is advantageous
- Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
