The following skills/experience are essential
Experience with project collaboration systems, document management, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Defect Management
Experience in the construction and or facility management sectors with a sound technical understanding of industry needs
Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills including demonstrable presentation skills and negotiation skills
A 'hunter' sales mentality with experience exceeding sales quotas
Ability to demonstrate recent achievements on a personal level and in a team environment
Proven track record in sales management including client relations, generating leads, cultivating networks and closing sales
Ability to think outside the box and provide sound common sense solutions
Must have permanent Australian Residency
Driver's License
Desirable
Qualifications in sales, marketing, and or construction/related disciplines
Previous sales experience in the FM/ construction industry software
Experience with sales development in new and emerging markets
Self-starter and capable of growing the current market
