Join a highly successful and global company that dominates its market space and is progressive in its approach. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to work full time and your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Sales Team to ensure sales budgets are achieved.
As the Sales Coordinator, you will coordinate and provide administrative support to the sales team. In this diverse and responsible role your duties will include -
- Coordinating customer sales and service enquiries, ensuring the database is uploaded with the latest sales information
- Liaise with Buyers and Buyer Assistants to ensure data integrity and smooth supply of products
- Order and distribute product samples
- Ensure products are compliant with retailer barcode requirements
- Create and maintain rebate tracker, price lists and range lists
- Prepare monthly retailer newsletter
- Prepare weekly sales reports for each retailer
- Ensure documentation is in place for Trade Fairs
Dealing extensively with internal and external customers it is essential that you are a confident communicator with strong organisation and multi-tasking skills. You will enjoy having the autonomy and responsibility to do your job well and tackle problems through finding workable solutions for the customer. In addition, you will possess excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude and strong Word and Excel skills.
