Stramit is part of the Fletcher Building Group and is a major Australian manufacturer of roll-formed steel building products including roof and wall cladding, guttering, fascia, purlins, flooring and structural formwork. 

About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Commercial Projects sales team based at Erskine Park in Sydney. As an Account Manager you will:

  • Take responsibility for the management of accounts within your assigned territory 
  • Deliver agreed revenue, sales margins and sales programs
  • Develop and maintain a high level of business and market awareness
  • Build solid, long-term relationships and develop a genuine understanding of your clients’ needs

About you

  • Proven background in a Commercial Project or B2B sales environment with a focus on long term relationships and service excellence
  • Experience in a similar sales role - e.g. Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Key Account Manager etc. 
  • A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding sales results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous exposure to CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar) will be very highly regarded
