About the role
Creative Home Renovations are looking for an experienced, motivated and professional Building Sales Consultant with exceptional people skills to be able to close deals.
You will be based in our newly opened 700sqm showroom in St Morris, greeting prospective clients, site measures, following up on all leads, enquiries, presenting quotes and designs to clients, contract signing, and most importantly converting leads and generating sales.
What you would be doing
Our project work is largely kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, full home renovations, extensions and outdoor living spaces.
Daily duties would include generating and qualifying leads, on-site quoting, design concepts, client presentations, signing-up clients and following up on leads.
Who we’re looking for
The successful applicant will be required to have experience in the following:
- Proven sales experience
- Extensive building knowledge and experience
- New home / renovation design
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
- High level of organisational skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with Revit or CAD will be considered favourably.
Your key role will be converting leads, and an appropriate remuneration with flexible working conditions will be discussed at interview.
