We are an Australian owned company and have been supplying quality products to the plumbing industry for over 21 years.
We require an exceptional sales manager who is adept at building strong relationships and have experience or a keen interest in the Hardware Tapware & Plumbing Sector. We are expanding our sales team nationally due to increased business relations with long established customers. The emphasis of this position is to drive business growth for the entire product portfolio. Based in Melbourne and covering Victoria and Tasmania, this is a role focused on continuing existing relationships and recognising potential for new business. You will manage relations at store and Head Office.
To be successful you will :
- Manage and develop strong relationships with key accounts, along with identifying new potential business opportunities
- Manage and grow the customer database
- Regularly visit customers and be involved in direct selling to them
- Identify and develop new business revenue streams
- Comfortably prepare and present proposals and new products
- Meet budget requirements
- Attending events, trade shows and store planogram setups
- Service your territory at a required frequency
Ideally, you will :
- You will be an established sales professional and will have good understanding of the tapware and plumbing industry
- Self motivated and pro-active working approach
- Be able to quickly develop a strong rapport with existing key clients and new customers in VIC and TAS
