WHS MONITOR, a subsidiary of a successful Canberra-based company, provides innovative cloud based OH&S compliance software. We are seeking a person with business development experience to excel in this role.
Ideally, you are already in a business development role, an account management role, in an OH&S department management role or are an OH&S consultant looking for a more challenging role within the OH&S industry.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
- Driving and maintaining company channel revenues
- Building sales strategy and planning with industry partners
- Driving joint engagement with partners across the entire sales cycle from sales strategy, account targeting to sales opportunity
- Ensuring appropriate engagement with internal sales, partner sales and marketing teams in order to originate and drive sales
- Serving as partner’s primary point of contact for sales and account engagement
- Streamlining sales operations and process execution
- Evaluating and developing new partnership opportunities, providing guidance to the management team
Applicants should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or science or a diploma in OH&S;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience;
- Excellent communication skills, computer literacy and knowledge of technology; and
- Demonstrated experience in meeting KPI’s
