The Opportunity:

Due to an internal promotion, something we pride ourselves on happening often, an opportunity exists for an individual to take the next step in their career and become part of the Senior Sales Leadership team of an industry Leader. Reporting to the General Manager NSW & ACT, the purpose of this role is to develop and implement sales strategies that will maximise sales & profit levels while actively leading the frontline sales teams for a $400 million business.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Promote our Safety First - Zero Harm safety culture.
  • Manage performance, develop people and influence employee engagement.
  • Develop, implement and manage sales strategies.
  • Deliver above budget results and grow existing customer base.
  • Liaise with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

The key challenge of this role will be to ensure the delivery of revenue streams in core & non-core markets by maximising opportunities in pricing, terms & conditions, market/trend analysis, tender and key account management at a local level.

 

Your Skills & Expertise:

  • Relevant experience in a sales management role. Including experience with frontline and strategic selling and account management.
  • Expertise in sales mentoring and coaching, business planning, strategy development and communications.
  • Strong win-win solutions driven negotiator.
  • Exhibit a highly professional approach to time management & productivity
