The opportunity!
We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a highly driven Commercial Segment Manager to join our growing business, located in Adelaide.
A star in this role will focus on commercial builders and ceiling contractors with a consultative approach to grow their knowledge of what Studform offers in commercial construction materials, ranging from ceiling, walling and door solutions to aluminium and accessories.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the purpose of the role will be to target builders, contractors and architects across the commercial market. This role will be responsible for growing the SA & VIC markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Seeking out opportunities to grow our business with a consultative approach to secure specification and ultimately project supply
- Developing project specific strategies to secure customer commitment
- Driving growth across commercial segments and influencing Architects, Tier 1 and Tier 2 Builders and Ceiling Contractors.
- Tracking projects from specification to delivery
- Accurate quoting on all projects
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will ideally be able to demonstrate:
- Exceptional business development and territory management expertise to influence, effect change and deliver value.
- Good knowledge of commercial ceiling products, including acoustic would be advantageous and familiarity with levels and relative humidity performance.
- A strong network of contacts within the architectural and commercial construction industries will be highly advantageous
- A high level of enthusiasm and passion for achieving the best results
- An eye for innovation and thinking outside the square
- A level of intuition and ability to anticipate customers' needs and drivers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to demonstrate the value add of our products
