About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to represent the Shell Helix brand, managing and owning the relationships and contracts for our customers. You will love being about and about, talking to customers, you will be customer obsessed and provide exceptional service for which we are known.  You will be focused on problem solving and providing innovative solutions to create mutual value. Managing multiple customer across your pipeline, you will be key in developing and implementing sales, operational and marketing initiatives that make a difference. You will proactively build great relationships at multiple levels within our customer organisation, and ours. You will be part of a sales culture that is customer obsessed, understands working collaboratively and building strategic partnerships, innovating and making a difference. This role will require some travel out and about on the road.

About you

You are a strategic and proactive thinker who enjoys understanding customer needs, nurturing relationships, and providing opportunities to add value. You will work well on the road and enjoy engaging and interacting with customers. Savvy in your approach, you have a hunger for strategic account management and a passion for delivering and exceeding customer expectations. Working with others, you can manage multiple projects, effectively problem solve and align with business priorities. You will have the ability to understand and influence multiple decision makers and stakeholders and pride yourself on your success in managing commercial negotiations and engaging multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes. You will have experience in B2B account management / sales environment and be comfortable working autonomously on the road.
