As an enthusiastic, mature minded, dynamic company we are looking for the same in our staff. And are currently offering excellent opportunity in our sales team for professionals with excellent communication and organisational skills.
The successful applicant will need to work well in a team environment and be able to successfully negotiate with all stakeholders both internally and externally. They will be given a portfolio of existing customers and be required to manage their workflow, as well as exploring growth opportunities to generate new business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and negotiate sales opportunities
- Grow sales by utilising an already established customer base
- Management, retention and growth of a range of existing clients
- Establish and create new business opportunities through cold-calling
- Estimating and processing print and sales orders
What we need:
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and the desire to succeed
- Customer focussed, professional and proactive attitude
- Excellent people skills with an ability to connect and build relationships
- A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism
- Previous customer service/sales/account management/print experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A drive to work under pressure in a busy environment to achieve targets
- General computer skills and the aptitude to learn new systems and procedures
