They are looking for an Order Management Specialist who is responsible for managing customer orders on a daily basis and is the first point of contact for their loyal client base.
  
Who are you? Is this you…

• Extraordinary attention to detail.
• Experience in administration procedures: ordering, receipting, invoicing, returns and payments highly advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize & multitask.
• Enthusiastic, positive and love to work as part of a team!
• Intermediate experience with MS Office and ERP applications.

Responsibilities,

• Take calls, answer emails and process orders and requests from clients
• Resolve client issues or escalate accordingly
• Enter and process incoming orders – EDI, web portal based & email
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
