ABOUT THE COMPANY
One of Australia's largest and leading new home builders! with a strong reputation in the market for quality and client satisfaction, their name does half the work in regards to sales! With an average of 800-1000 homes built yearly, this company continues to grow year on year, pushing themselves to be at the forefront of the NSW new home residential market.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the new home sales consultant, you will be responsible for continuing to drive the sales and performance of the business. You will be responsible for converting warm leads and heavy foot traffic into new sales, while being the face of the company dealing personally and professionally with clients to make their experience, one they will remember!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Previous sales experience in residential construction
• The ambition and motivation to achieve and exceed your own goals and targets
• Knowledge of residential construction legislation and design
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve set targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
