Your base will range between $55k-$60k depending on experience plus super. In addition to this you will be rewarded with an aggressive and uncapped commission structure giving you an opportunity to earn well over $100k OTE.

What you will be doing?

As Project Sales Consultant, your day will consist of being based in their showroom, calling clients and working with the internal team, right through to taking design briefs face-to-face. You will build relationships with Architects and key end-users in education, government, hospitality and corporate sectors. You will be responsible for managing projects from end-to-end; taking the initial brief with the client, working closely with the design team, quoting and then presenting a quality furniture solution.

Who you will be doing it for?

Your new company are a well-established manufacturer and distributor of commercial office furniture. They have a strong portfolio of large corporate clients and have a reputation for providing an excellent customer experience. With some long-standing relationships and a demand for their product and services, they are seeking a Project Sales Consultant, to further capitalise on the strong momentum they are achieving in the architectural market. This company fosters a supportive team environment with initial and on-going training provided.

  • Experience in either industrial or interior design
  • Ability to take a brief with a customer and relay back to a design team accurately
  • Polished business acumen and a proven track record in sales

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Existing commercial relationships with Architects or end-users
  • High level of motivation and the desire to succeed
