Based in Mulgrave, you will oversee the planning, development and delivery of eLearning solutions to service both our Dealer Network and internal employees. You will support strategic Learning and Development initiatives and manage the e-Learning budget, as well as managing and mentoring two Learning Specialists.
The key to success is the implementation of effective training programs, and the introduction of new instructional strategies and emerging technologies.
Tertiary qualified, it’s clear that you have tremendous passion for Training and Development and your project management experience is what sets you apart. It goes without saying that you’ll be a first class communicator – a true professional with the capacity to convey complex ideas to audiences with diverse skill sets. Your solid critical thinking skills and creativity in solution design, will also help lead others to success.
