The Role
We have a unique opportunity for a HR generalist to join us on a permanent basis as HR Advisor - Diversity and Reporting. In this newly-created and varied role, you’ll drive the implementation of QSuper’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and will also review and implement meaningful HR reporting and analytics. You’ll report to the Senior Manager - Remuneration and Performance but will also support the Senior Manager - Workplace Relations as required.

To implement our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, you’ll lead the organisation of relevant events and activities and will work closely with key stakeholders such as the Diversity Council, ensuring our frameworks, policies and processes align with the Strategy.

The reporting aspect of the role will see you reviewing, creating and distributing HR reports and metrics and you’ll be comfortable using HRIS systems to extract meaningful and timely information. You’ll support monthly operational reports and will proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

The ideal HR Advisor - Diversity and Reporting will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR
  • Experience in a HR advisory or generalist role
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience developing or reviewing policy and processes, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience using HRIS systems to extract reports and analyse data and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new HRIS systems
  • An outcome focus and results orientation with commitment to delivery of high quality outcomes on time and within budget
  • Prior experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives (or similar HR projects) will be highly regarded
