If you are a confident, reliable and switched on individual with a passion for working as a recruitment coordinator in an internal recruitment team, I may have the perfect opportunity for you!

I am currently working with my client to hunt for a recruitment superstar who can assist the HR Director and recruitment team to help with the inundation of roles they are currently hiring for across ANZ.

We will consider a part time candidate working Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, or someone who wants full time hours, Monday to Friday, for the right person. The initial requirement is for 2 months, however this may be extended, and you will be part of a vibrant hard working team and fantastic leader. You also must have some experience working in recruitment Australia too.

Main responsibilities:

• Extensive administrative duties
• Following up with hiring managers
• Scheduling interviews
• Conducting interviews
• Drafting job descriptions
• Researching competitors and the candidate market
• Reporting and maintaining progress updates on the roles

To be considered you will possess:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous resourcing, co-ordination and interviewing experience in the recruitment world, either agency or internal, in Australia
• Intelligence to think outside of the box
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office capabilities
• A strong work ethic
• Very high attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
• Be proactive and highly organised
• Be well presented
