Sony needs a highly capable professional to support our business across the full range of HR activities and initiatives for a 12 month fixed term period... Think this could be you?
Reporting to the HR GM, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing services covering multiple areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, employee relations and organisational change management
- Providing interpretation and advice to Line Management regarding policies, programs and practices
- Researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve Line Management issues
- Developing and implementing new policies, practices and programs to meet organisational and Line Management needs
To be successful in this role you will a team player with excellent influencing skills and be a confident communicator. You will have a broad knowledge of HR organisational practices, together with strong customer orientation, and the ability to prioritise your work and be proactive.
