Our client is a national professional services company located in Collins Street, Melbourne with a presence across all Australia states. They are currently seeking an experienced P and C Manager with the ability to hit the ground running in this ongoing role.

Reporting directly to the Chief People and Development Officer you will be seen as a trusted advisor providing both strategic and operational business partnering solutions across the business. You will consider yourself values driven, passionate; enjoy a challenge and an experienced HR professional, who has considerable experience in developing high quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its key drivers.

Having previously worked with a legal services client group or within the Professional services sector, you will be able to demonstrate your strong influencing skills and give examples of how you have achieved the following key deliverables:

  • Effective business partnering with key stakeholders
  • Employee Relations
  • Talent Management & Recruitment
  • Change management
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Training and Facilitation
  • Working collaboratively with broader HR function

You will be highly visible HR Professional and provide proactive leadership and coaching to your client group. To be successful in this opportunity you will require a high level of energy and drive. You will be capable of leveraging support from your stakeholders and have a pragmatic approach to achieving organisational goals. You will be able to liaise with the broader HR team to ensure consistency of approach and delivery in a changing environment.
